Valle d'Aosta o Vallée d'Aoste (D.M. 30/1/1985 - G.U. n.73 del 28/3/1986) - (Ultima Modifica D.M. 23/7/2002 - G.U. 232 del 3/10/2002)

- the destined grapes to the vinification of wines "Go them d'Aosta Nus" or "Vallée d'Aoste Nus" Malvoisie raisin wine or Malvoisie flétri and "Goes them d'Aosta Chambave" or "Vallée d'Aoste Chambave" Moscato raisin wine or Muscat flétri, must be selected and subordinates to partial estimate withering until catching up a sugar content not inferior to 26%. The wine does not have to be introduce to the consumption before 1° the successive December of the year to the grape harvest. For these wines it is not admitted the addition of musts concentrates to you or of musts it concentrates to you rectifies to you. - the controlled denomination of origin "Goes them d'Aosta" or "Vallée d'Aoste" "Müller Thurgau", "Pinot gray" or "Pinot gris", "Pinot white" or "Pinot blanc", "Chardonnay", "Petite Arvine", "Blanc de Morgex ET de Knows It them", accompanied from the mention late grape harvest or vendange late it is classified to wines obtained from grapes subordinates to partial natural withering on the screw, which cannot exceed the yield of grape in wine of 50% and must moreover assure a sugar content minimum of 200 grammi/litro for the denomination "Blanc de Morgex ET de Know It them", of 220 gr/litre for the denomination "Müller Thurgau" and of the 250 gr/litre for all other denominations. The aforesaid wines must have minimal of acidity total of 4.5 g/l, the dry extract clearly minimal of 20 g/l and title of its natural alcoholic content vin the volume: 12% for the denomination "Blanc de Morgex ET de Know It them", 13% for the denomination "Müller Thurgau" and 15% for the other denominations. In the possible relation conservation in wood containers, the taste of wines can reveal an light taste of wood. For these wines it is not admitted the added of musts concentrates to you or of musts it concentrates to you rectifies to you. - the vinification of the wine "Goes them d'' Aosta black Pinot" or "Vallée d'Aoste Pinot noir" can be carried out also in white style. - the controlled denomination of origin "Goes them d'Aosta Novello" or "Vallée d'Aoste Nouveau" must be obtained with carbonic maceration at least 30% of the grapes. - the denomination "Goes them d'Aosta Blanc de Morgex ET de Knows them sparkling wine to It" or "Vallée d'Aoste Blanc de Morgex ET de Knows It them mousseux" can be used in order to appoint to the obtained natural sparkling wines with wines derives you from vine the Prié blanc and answering to the established conditions the present to discipline. The types sparkling wine must be obtained exclusively for natural rifermentation in bottle with permanence on leavens in order at least 8 months and the duration of the elaboration procedure must be not inferior to 12 months. The production of the sparkling wine "Goes them d'Aosta Blanc de Morgex ET de Knows them sparkling wine to It" or "Vallée d'Aoste Blanc de Morgex ET de Knows It them mousseux" is concurred on condition that the same one is placed in commerce in the types "extra-brut", "brut" and "demi-sec".
