Alto Adige (Südtirol) DOC - D.M. 11/11/2002 - G.U. n.272 del 20/11/2002

- the wines "Alto Adige" with the mention of vine Chardonnay, Pinot Gray, Pinot White, Black Pinot, can be elaborates to you in the type "spumante". The wines "Alto Adige" without under denomination and mention of vine (but with the same ones vines previously it mentions to you, alone or in assemblage) can be elaborates to you in the type "spumante" with fermentation in bottle (Method Classic) provided that refine in order at least 15 months in bottle and introduce to the consumption not before 20 months from 1° the October of the year of collection of the more recent game. For the version "Rosé" the Black Pinot must be present in order at least 20%. - the sparkling wine to fermentation in bottle "Alto Adige" without indication of vine exept of the sparkling wine "Alto Adige" Rosé, can be destined to "riserve" and to such aim subordinate to a period of sharpening in bottle at least 36 months and introduce to the consumption not before 42 months from 1° the October of the year of the grape harvest of the more recent game. - the wines "Alto Adige" White and "Alto Adige" obtained with the Pinot varieties White, Chardonnay, Pinot Gray, Riesling, Sauvignon, Aromatic Traminer, Yellow Moscato, Müller Thurgau, Sylvaner, Kerner or Moscato Rose, they can be elaborates to you in the type "passito", with partial withering of the grapes on the plant or after the collection until the attainment of a title not inferior alcohol centent it to 16% and on condition that the yield of the berry in ready wine for the consumption does not exceed the 40 hectoliter/Hectare, than they do not come practiced added of musts it concentrates to you or it rectifies to you and that the wine comes to introduce to the consumption not before 1° the successive june of the year to the grape harvest. - the monovariety wines with the mention of the vines can be obtained from grapes collections after partial withering on the plant that assures a title not inferior natural alcoholic content it to 14% and one rendered of the grapes in ready wine for the not advanced consumption to 50 hect/Hect. In such case whichever correction of the title is excluded the alcohol content it and is concurred the designation of the wine like (late harvest)"vendemmia tardiva". - the wines "Alto Adige" Dark Lagrein (or Lagrein), Merlot, Black Pinot, Cabernet, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet-Merlot, Cabernet-Lagrein and Merlot-Lagrein, can be assigns to you to "riserve mention" with a period of aging at least two years to make time from 1° successive January of the year the grape harvest, provided that at the 11.5% introduce a title not inferior natural alcohol content it. - the wines "Alto Adige" Dark Lagrein (or Lagrein) and "Alto Adige" Lagrein Rosato (or Rosé), obtained with coming from grapes from situated vineyards in the common one of Bolzano, can indicate in label the specification "Lagrein of Gries" or "Lagrein Grieser" or "Lagrein aus Gries". - the wines "Alto Adige Meranese of the hill (Collina)" obtained from coming from grapes from situated vineyards in the territory of the ex county (castle) of Tirolo, can indicate in label "del Burgraviato" or "Burggräfler". - the wines "Alto Saint Adige Maddalena" obtained from coming from grapes from the zone more ancient of origin, they can indicate in label the additional specification "Classico" or "Klassisch" or "Klassisches Ursprungsgebiet". - the wines "Alto Adige Terlano" obtained from coming from grapes from the situated vineyards in the zone of more ancient origin, constituted from the common ones of Terlano, Andriano and Nalles, they can bring back in label the additional specification "Classico" or "Klassisch" or "Klassisches Ursprungsgebiet". - the wines "Alto Adige Go them Isarco" products with grapes obtained from situated vineyards in the common ones of Bressanone and Varna, can bring back in label the specification "di Bressanone" or "Brixner".

- Are concurred the specification "Classico" for wines "Lago of Caldaro" or "Caldaro" obtained from coming from grapes from situated vineyards in the common ones of Caldaro, I level, Termeno, Cortaccia, Vadena, Egna, Mountain, Hour and Bronzolo, all in province of Bolzano, and "Classico superior" for wines "Lago of Caldaro" or "Caldaro" obtained from the same grapes but that they have caught up a title it alcohol content minimum of wine of the 11%. - the wines "Lago of Caldaro" or "Caldaro", with the specification "Classico" (Klassisch) or "Classico superior" (Klassisches Ursprungsgebietes) can bring back in label mention D.O.C. "Alto Adige". - the wines "Lago of Caldaro" or "Caldaro" obtained with grapes selected and particularly valuable, that they have caught up a title it alcohol content minimum of wine of the 11.5% can bring back in label the specially mention "Selected"or "Scelto" (Auslese). - the wine "Lago of Caldaro" or "Caldaro" characterized "Selected" or "Scelto" (or Auslese) must be introduce to the consumption exclusively in bottles of glass of nominal volume from 0,750 to 0,375 liters.

Valdadige - D.M. 31/5/2002 - G.U. n.141 del 18/6/2002

- Are concurred the adding of musts or wines of analogous colour, also of vintage years various, pertaining to the same denomination "Valdadige", in the maximum limit of 15%. Musts and the wines to controlled denomination of origin "Valdadige", with the specification "Chardonnay" and "Pinot white" they can be elaborates to you in the fizzy(frizzante) version, putting into effect exclusively the process of the natural double fermentation. The zone of elaboration of fizzy(frizzanti) wines comprises the Veneto region and the province independent of Trento and Bolzano. Are concurred the enrich with the conditions and with the modality previewed from the communitarian and national norm. The wines of the controlled denomination of origin "Valdadige" they can be conserved in wood containers.

Casteller - D.M. 31/5/2002 - G.U. n.142 del 19/6/2002

- the wine "Casteller" obtained with grapes that they assure a title it the alcoholic content not inferior minimal volume natural at the 11% and it is introduce to the consumption with a title it alcholic content total volume minino of the 11.50% and clearly minimal the dry extract of 20 g/l can be able to carry in label the mention Superior "superiore". The wine "Casteller" advanced it must be introduce to the consumption in having bottles of glass closings that are suited to a wine of good point, excluding the bottle cap and the stopper to tear. It is obligatory to indicate in label the year of collection of the grapes from which the wine it derives.

 - the sparkling wine "Trento" (white or Rosè) must remain in order at least 15 months on leavens of fermentation. Such period passes from the bottled date and however not before 1° successive January to the collection of the grapes. - the sparkling wine "Trento" (white or Rosè) that he has at least passed 24 months of permanence on leavens of fermentation, can bring back in the year label of production of the grapes. - the type "Riserve" it is only admitted for the "white" and the alcohol content minimal total of the wine of 12% must have a title it, moreover it must have passed the minimal period of 36 months of permanence on it leavens of fermentation and it must bring back in the year label of production of the grapes
