The wine to controlled denomination of origin "Cinque Terre" it can be designated with one of the following subzones: "Costa de Sera", "Costa from Posa", "Costa de Campu", if exclusively obtained from grapes produced from vineyards it situates to you in the respective delimited zones. - For the new systems and the new impiant the density of the stocks for hectare cannot be inferior to 6250. - the wine to DOC "Cinque Terre Sciacchetrà"; it must be obtained from partial withering of the grapes after the collection, in suitable places, ventilates to you, until catching up a tenor sweeten at least 17° alcohol upgrades them. The vinification of the grapes, destined to the production of the wine "Cinque Terre Sciacchetrà"; it cannot happen before 1° the November of the year of the grape harvest. - the wine "Cinque Terre Sciacchetrà"; it cannot be introduce to the consumption before 1° the successive November of the year to the grape harvest. - the wine "Cinque Terre Sciacchetrà"; reserve cannot be introduce to the consumption before 1° the November of 3° the successive year to the grape harvest.

Colline di Levanto (D.M. 11/8/1995 - G.U. n.233 del 5/10/1995)

Golfo del Tigullio (D.M. 1/9/1997 - G.U. n.211 del 10/9/1997)

"Val Polcèvera" white raisin wine, the same ones must have withered on plant or in suitable premises, with artificially heated of air exclusively, until introducing a tenor they sweeten of 26,0 g/l. - the D.O.C. "Val Polcèvera" can be used in order to straight designate to the sparkling wines that obtained from wines white having to the foretold denomination. For the taken one of foam of the type sparkling wine and the fizzy frizzante type exclusively must or concentrated must of grapes of the vineyards enrolled on the notice board of the denomination of origin must be used, or concentrated must rectified. - In the possible relation conservation in wood containers, the taste of wines can reveal light perception of wood.
